On-Demand, Inventory, and Hybrid
An On-Demand products are items that can be embroidered or laser engraved with a minimum order of one, such as polo shirts, jackets, mugs, and tumblers.
An Inventory products are products you’ve selected, pre-ordered in bulk through MLC Promotions, prepaid, and stored at our facility, such as Promo Products and Screen Printing.
Sometimes a combination of Inventory and a On-Demand products is the answer to your company store needs.( see pdf info sheet )
Yes. Screen printed items are only available for purchase in bulk quantities from MLC Promotions. Additional decorating solutions are available with Hybrid Inventory.*
The MLC Promotions Team can help you implement screen printed apparel for sale in your store.
You will need to pre-order a minimum of 50 pieces of the same style, color and screen printed logo to get started. We will store those printed items at MLC Promotions for sale through your store. Inventory Storage Fees apply.
Yes. Promotional items are only available for purchase in bulk quantities from MLC Promotions.
We do offer some On-Demand promotional items with our Laser Engraving or Sublimation service.

We handle everything from start to finish.
1. Choose Your Store Model, Choose Your Products
Once you’ve decided on a store model, we’ll send you a product sheet to complete. Simply browse the MLC Promotions store and select the products that fit your brand needs. Email us your selections.
2. We Create Your Store
Based on the products you’ve selected, we’ll create your customized company store to match your brand with your logo. Once we’ve completed your store, we’ll send you a customized link to use for shopping.
3. We Decorate Your Products
Each product you’ve selected displays on your company store with the logo you’ve defined. Using state-of-the art methods, we decorate your products with the accurate logo size and placement.
4. We Ship It!
All orders are shipped directly to the individual who placed the order – delivered straight to their doorstep.
Prices for inventoried items on your store will include a pick-and-pack fee of $2.95 per item.
Most On-Demand items are shipped within 12 business days of order placement.
Inventory items are shipped within 2-3 days of order placement.
Shipping costs are charged to the individual customer who placed the order and shipped directly to them.
Set up of your Online Store takes 3-4 weeks once we have all of you specs, and includes the products you’ve selected and store design to match your brand.
Each employee can pay with their credit card online or pay with coupon or gift certificates that the company provides.
