Small runs and full color: DTF and screen print transfers
Not every order needs a full screen-print setup. For apparel we also offer two print methods that fit smaller and on-demand orders:
- Full-color DTF printing. Ideal for small-quantity orders or full-color designs. It’s a cost-effective option for low-volume prints compared to traditional screen printing.
- Screen print transfers. Great for one-color prints, and they can also handle multi-color designs (pricing is higher). Perfect for on-demand production when you need a quick turnaround without running a full screen-print setup.
Both work extremely well for company stores, because shirts can be printed on demand as orders come in. Not sure which fits? Tell us the design, colors and quantity and we’ll recommend one.

Yes. Screen print transfers and full-color DTF prints can be printed on demand as orders come in. Traditional screen printed items can also be sold in your store once you pre-order at least 50 pieces of the same style, color and printed logo; we store them for you, and inventory storage fees apply.
